This Privacy Policy explains how GoPuujin collects, uses, stores, and protects information when users access the GoPuujin website and the GoPuujin student mobile app. GoPuujin is an education platform for exam preparation, practice questions, AI-assisted solutions, favorites, shared quizzes, and account-based learning progress.

Account information, such as name, email address, profile image, Google account sign-in information, and Firebase user ID.
Learning activity, such as viewed exams, answered questions, selected answers, solved-question records, favorite questions, shared quiz activity, and study progress.
Account status information, such as access level, subscription or expiry state, coin balance, and related account metadata.
Payment and invoice records where applicable on the web platform, such as order status, amount, date, product type, and transaction confirmation metadata. The student mobile app does not process in-app payments.
Device and app information needed for service operation, such as push notification tokens when notifications are enabled, app settings, local cache state, and basic technical information sent by browsers, operating systems, Firebase, Apple, or Expo services.
Support information, such as messages, requests, complaints, and related communication records if a user contacts us.

How We Use Information

GoPuujin uses third-party services to operate the platform. These may include Google Sign-In, Firebase Authentication, Firebase Firestore, Firebase-related hosting or storage services, Apple platform services, Expo notification services, and search or infrastructure services used by the web platform. These services may process data only as needed to provide authentication, database, hosting, notifications, search, security, and platform functionality.

Tracking and Advertising

GoPuujin does not sell personal information and does not use collected app data to track users across other companies' apps or websites for advertising. The service does not include third-party advertising in the student mobile app.

Local Storage and Cache

The website and mobile app may store limited data locally on the user's device, such as session state, theme preference, notification status, cached profile data, favorites cache, and other app settings. This local data is used to make the app load faster and work more reliably.

Data Retention

We keep account and learning data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain user progress, resolve support issues, and meet legal or accounting requirements. Users may request deletion of their account data, subject to records we must keep for legal, security, or transaction-record purposes.

User Choices and Data Deletion
